Did you know that the Beetham Tower in Manchester is currently the highest Beetham Tower in the world?
There are Beetham Towers that have been built in Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool. There are plans developed for Beetham Towers in Brighton and London.

If the plans for the London Beetham Tower (also named 1 Blackfriars, Blackfriars Tower and the Beetham-Mirax Tower) go ahead, it is likely to be higher than the Beetham Tower in Manchester. In the orginal plans for the Beetham Tower in London, the tower was going to be 220 metres high, but this was revised to 173 metres high following concerns about the impact the tower would have on the rest of London.
Will the Beetham Tower in Manchester stay the highest Beetham Tower in the world? We will have to wait and see, but if the current plans for the London Beetham Tower go ahead, London will be the highest.
