On the 11th of September 2008 a window was broken following an accident on the 23rd floor of the Beetham Tower in Manchester.
Repairing the window was no easy task and numerous roads around the Hilton Tower were shut for around 6 hours so that the area could be cleared of shattered glass and the broken window replaced.
